1.1 This Agreement is between you and DinheiroFácil (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "the Platform").
1.2 DinheiroFácil provides digital consumer credit services in the Republic of Angola under the authorization of relevant financial regulatory authorities, including the National Bank of Angola (BNA).
1.3 The Service includes but is not limited to credit assessment, loan disbursement, and repayment management provided via our mobile application and official channels.
2.1 You must be a natural person located in Angola and at least 18 years of age to use our services.
2.2 You guarantee that all information provided during registration (including identity documents, profile information, and banking details) is true, accurate, and up to date.
2.3 You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, including passwords and verification codes (OTP). Any activity under your account will be deemed your own.
3.1 By applying for credit, you authorize us to conduct identity verification, credit assessment, and risk control.
3.2 You expressly authorize us to obtain your credit information from legally authorized third-party sources, including credit bureaus and payment service providers.
3.3 You understand that we may use automated systems to assist in risk assessment and credit approval decisions.
4.1 You agree to use the loan proceeds only for lawful purposes and ensure timely repayment according to the specific loan contract terms.
4.2 You shall not provide fraudulent information or engage in money laundering or other illegal activities.
4.3 You understand that failure to provide necessary data or granting required permissions (such as location and camera for KYC) may result in the inability to access certain services.
5.1 Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Angolan Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 22/11).
5.2 We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data but require your cooperation in maintaining account security.
6.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect fraudulent activity, violation of this agreement, or as required by regulatory authorities.
6.2 You may request to close your account, subject to the full settlement of any outstanding debts.
7.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Angola.
7.2 Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through friendly consultation via our customer service.
